Help picking a new (used) pc

Budget (including currency): 500 - 900 USD

Country: Denmark

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming counter strike mainly

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

My old desktop pc recently had a breakdown and I am looking for a reasonably priced replacement.

I've been looking at prices on used pc's and have found an offer on a pc thats been in use for a year. At first glance the offer seems good but I lack the experience to tell if I am missing something, the listing gives this information about the pc

Asus, 1660 TI 6GB graphic card

Ryzen 5 3600

16 GB ram,

500 GB harddisk ( I would be able to install an ssd myself)

700 w power supply

The seller wants 800$ for the system.

I tried doing some research and the price seems fair to me but I would love a second opinion, or some general tips for buying a used pc.

I am mainly looking to play csgo at 1080p, I am not into streaming or recording.

Do you know the psu model and memory timings?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

The psu is listed as a FSP Hydro 700W 80 PLUS Bronze

Nothing about the memory is listed other than that there is 16 gigs
