PC STUCK AT WINDOWS LOGO

Good day,

 

My mother's PC is stuck at windows logo and after 1 min it restarted again.

 

Before this happened, I removed the cmos for 10s + and remove the extra RAM because my mom's TOWER is turning on but nothing shows in the monitor, tried 2 monitor but has the same problem. So after this troubleshooting, its now turning on but I'm stuck on Windows logo and restarting again. My mother's Mother board is biostar h61mlv2
