PC SUDDENLY TURNED OFF

Good day,

 

I have a problem on my mother's PC. It is currently working and suddenly it turned off. And after I turn it on, nothing shows on the monitor but the CPU has light and the CPU fan is working, I change the monitor because I thought it was broken but it has the same trouble. The CPU is turning on with lights and CPU fan turning on but nothing shows in the monitor.

thank you, tried to reset the bios but has the same problem, tried to remove the ram and it worked!! Thank you!

i run another problem, it turned on but after reaching windows logo it suddenly turned off and restart again
