whats the best gpu that doesent need external power that can run on a i3 2100 in a dell optiplex 920

the 750ti is 60w the others are 75w, all the power is drawn from the pcie slot you plug it into so no extra cables, if the dell psu has an extra 75w to spare it will work, maybe try filling out this to judge how many watts it will draw and compare to the label on the psu https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator
