Other details all peripherals are already provided as well as monitor for 1080p. If possible in this budget would like to do 1440p eventually.

Paint it pink for extra performance.

Budget and time might not be the best, you can get a decent build though but for GPU and for future proofing for 1440p? Might want to wait for the market to become a bit better, if it improves at all. Right now, prices can be all over the place.

I found a 1650 super in stock at best buy for $219.99, which is pretty good considering nothing else is in stock right now.
