Or is there some mac OS software I can use to control the RGB instead? Thanks

Most likely not.  It depends if the case itself has an OEM RBG controller, or even one that has more then 3 ports for RBG and or Fan Power.  In terms of MacOS.. Why would you be trying to use Mac OS on a computer your building in this?  Are you trying to do bootcamp or make a Hacintosh?  But if you were able to connect the fans I believe Thermaltake has their own RGB Software that you would be able to use
