So my screen is black until I press delete and then it gets me to the windows, but when I save (F10) it is all over again. I tired updating BIOS but is it same issue. There is video of what it is doing. I don't know what went wrong with my mobo. This all happened after windows update. But it's strange that it doesn't boot until I press delete or F1

No, it's only from my old SIMcard

okay, i can't help with the issue but i just wanted to make sure you didn't accidentally leak your own credit card numbers.

Any lights on the motherboard that light up?

Firstly: have you tried resetting CMOS?

I tired clearing Cmost, updating BIOS, rebuild PC, if I don't plug on monitor it shows boot error, if I plug monitor it shows VGA error. But if I go to bios all lights are gone

How old is the motherboard? Still under warranty?

Yes it is. I already send it to the repair. But know I read a thread about degraded cpus. They prevent from booting system. I think I have degraded cpu. It was running r5 3600 on 4.25GHz 1.36V, I think I ran it on too high voltage sooo. But I don't have another mobo so I have to wait. Do u think it could be the cpu problem

I don't know if that's the problem.

CPU's usually take a while under that load to degrade.

If your motherboard is being checked, I'm sure you can figure out if it's the when you get the mobo back.
