What drivers and software to install after a new build

What should I do after I have installed windows enabled xmp profile and done with the normal windows updates

From the AMD support page, install the chipset drivers for B550 (and Ryzen Master, but not necessary)

Google Nvidia Drivers and download the 3070 driver

For the others I just use Windows Update.
