Drivers Problem

While installing the ASUS motherboard drivers, there are 2 setup files as you can see in the difference and can someone explain which one should ı install?

bottom one is amd driver. Top one is asus. Run Asus, if you dont have amd drivers install also amd setup

What motherboard driver is that? Chipset?

 

I run the setup.exe but I've been unsure of this as well.
