ssd Format help

Hello everyone, need some help please, i bought 2 used samsung 850 ssd's used and after plugging them in and turning on my pc i was able to see one of the drives but not the other, in disk management it looks like they are being read 1 is disk 1 and the other is disk 2, im think the last owner did a raid 0, but i have not set my pc up for raid 0. i formatted disk 1 and seem like that it normal but i dont have the option to format disk 2 and in the file explorer i dont see disk 2. any thoughts

Just delete all the existing partitions on the drive, and they you can make a new partition

As said above, right click on the drives,  delete the partitions, and reformat.
