Mouse scroll wheel mod

I really like my mouse but the scrool has this weird thing where it's, well, the best way to describe it is tiered, and it's super annoying compared to normal scroll wheels. Is it possible to modify it to use another mouse's scroll wheel? mine is a utech venus smart gaming mouse, wired version.

There is also an alternate solution - you can print it on 3d Printer. More time consuming but can be more accurate

I asumed op was talking about the amount of steps on the encoder, but thats actually a very clever idea for when the actual wheel sucks. Would 100% have tried that on my fk2
