My PC Is freezing. HELP!

Every once in a while, my computer keeps on freezing. It all started when I installed MSI Afterburner, I overclocked my GPU. After my PC froze on overclocking (Which is normal) I rebooted. My OC settings were reset and I left them like that.

1 Day Later  (2nd January 2021)

I started experiencing issues on my pc, it was running slowly with latency issues. I didn't know what to do.

10 Dramatic Days Later... (Today, 12th January 2021)

It's basically all the other issues but worst.

GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2060 Super OC 8G

Monitor:  G2 Series Gaming Monitor (1ms latency)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6 Cores, 12 Threads

PSU: CX600

RAM: 16GB DDR4

MB: GIGABYTE B550 Aorus ELITE

Storage: 920GB SSD, 244 GB HDD, 250 GB HDD, 249 GB HDD

Have you looked at task manager to see what's using your system resources?

Tried removing the graphics drivers with DDU and reinstalling them?

Difficult to tell what might be the cause...
