The two games I've been trying to play are World of Warcraft and DOOM Eternal, but they always crash after a random amount of time. Could be minutes or a couple of hours, but they never last long. WoW gives me Error 132, which is Blizzard's most generic error code that could be caused by anything. DOOM Eternal simply quits to the desktop without warning. I have tried numerous troubleshooting steps to fix the issue but absolutely nothing has worked. This problem has persisted for months and I don't know what else to do.

System specs:

- Asus TUF Gaming X570 Plus (WiFi)

- Ryzen 7 3700X

- CyberPower MasterLiquid Lite 360mm AIO

- 2x8GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB

- Gigabyte RTX 2080 OC

- 240GB Western Digital SATA SSD (boot drive) + 250GB Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 NVMe SSD + 2TB Seagate Barracuda HDD

- EVGA 700BR (700W 80+ Bronze)

Will add list of troubleshooting steps I've taken in my next post, as adding them here would make it too long.

What I've tried so far:

- Updating ALL drivers

- Updating BIOS

- Verified game files in Steam

- Ran Blizzard's Scan & Repair tool

- Reinstalled games

- Scanned for corrupted files

- Scanned for viruses with Windows Defender Offline

- Executed chkdsk command prompt

- Ran Windows Memory Diagnostics AND MemTest86

- Shut down background processes & clean booted Windows

- Reinstalled Windows

- Reformatted drives

- Factory reset PC

Just these two?

Thy turning off XMP and lowering cpu speed in bios. (Like to below stock)

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

They're the only two games I'm interested in playing right now but I could try some others and see what happens.

I'm also not very familiar or comfortable with CPU/RAM tuning so I would prefer to leave those untouched if possible. Everything is running at stock speeds, I've done no overclocking.

Try running prime95, see if any individual cores act up under load, my 3700x doesn't run well with voltage on auto so if prime95 crashes a core or two might try manually setting cpu voltage ,not overclock just set voltage 1.2v is safe for daily use and also in windows power plan set one of the ryzen power plans , performance or balanced don't matter just pick one.

When you open hwinfo look for the 12v and 5v leave hwinfo open and play your game for a minute and look to see if these drop way below in the minimum collum,  .1v up or down is normal but way up and down can cause weirdness

Finally you could also open event viewer in windows and under system look for weird errors, don't freak if you see a bunch of red a few errors are normal ,then if you don't see anything that stands out try playing your game until it crashes ,take note of the time it crashes and go back into event viewer and look for the errors at that time

Ryzen 5800X3D(Because who doesn't like a phat stack of cache?) GPU - 7700Xt

                                                           X470 Strix f gaming, 32GB Corsair vengeance, WD Blue 500GB NVME-WD Blue2TB HDD, 700watts EVGA Br

~Extra L3 cache is exciting, every time you load up a new game or program you never know what your going to get, will it perform like a 5700x or are we beating the 14900k today? 😅~

The voltages all seemed fine and I couldn't find anything significant within Event View, but I did come across an error during the Prime95 run. Worker #9 &10 stopped running, and CPU Core #4 was drawing much less watts than the rest. I've attached screenshots.

Had 2 more crashes since my last post. The most recent one was a black screen lockup, and I can't remember what the other one was. I've attached the minidump files. If you can make sense of them, please let me know what's going on.
