Why do you want ECC RAM?

No, that RAM is RDIMM and ECC. Your board almost certainly only supports UDIMM Non-ECC

So called Registered or known as Fully Buffered or FB-DIMMs won't work on a non server motherboard. Your Dell will not recognize them.
