Xbox Game bar spams "mic recording is on" whenever i switch programs

So ive had a bit of problems with xbox game bar over the last 3 years, where even if i checked the "record mic default", it wouldnt actually record my mic. But now it seems to be working, idk how. But i got another problem instead:

Whenever i switch focus to another program, it will constantly spam me with a little notification on the side of the screen. I can jump between discord and firefox and ill get like 5 of those notifications in a row. Can i turn it off? Without turning off all notifications?
