Custom vapor chamber

Hey everyone. I have quick question: is it possible to make a custom vapor chamber for a laptop. For example, I have a Dell XPS 7590, and I was thinking about whether adding a custom vapor chamber would possible? (FYI: I understand that the Dell XPS 9700 already has a vapor chamber but I am just curious as to whether a custom vapor chamber can be added)?
