I suspect your left fan might be working against you CPU cooler but it's hard to know for sure.

It would be easy enough to test different configurations. Install something like HWMonitor and watch the CPU temperature when playing a game or something.  Then flip the case fans and test it again.  Use whatever works best.

Before you posted, were you having any cooling problems?

Only asking because you've got it in what could be considered to be optimal. If we look at his diagram, we see that we have one fan pushing directly on the radiator while another buffers the cooling of the radiator. Even the impact of the two fans in the middle could cause a correlation to improved exhaust out of the uppermost fan. Where the impact of the two airflows billows up and through the exhaust fan.

Not an expert, just observing the diagram, along with his lack of complaints about overheating. Leads me to believe that this current set up is sufficient.

EDIT: Before rearranging and buying 3 more fans could you just upgrade the exhaust fan to a larger size? 140mm perhaps, but don't forget to throw some DRGBs on that bitch.

My bad i shoulda specified theres are 2 fans on the front of the case blowing air inside, though they're pushing air through an HDD cage.

Wrong config. This is more correct

Fans usually blow out air from the rear side (where the cooler wire side is)

"More" being very subjective here. Your PSU arrow is wrong way...

to clarify my first picture, heres the full situation. Also note, theres a 200mm fan intake on sidepanel.

Side panel should be exhaust if you don't have blower-style GPU. Also having rear as exhaust and top as intake would be better for CPU cooler if you really need more intake there. Currently air from rear intake doesn't reach CPU cooler before being pulled out by top exhaust.
