i keep having this weird crash when im playing semi intensive games like warzone or siege, where my audio will make this abrupt static sound, and the picture on my monitors will freeze and my pc will restart itself. any ideas on what could be causing this problem and how to fix it
specs are 2070S 10700k clocked at 4.7ghz and 32gb ram

Need way more specs, but look in your event viewer and the subsection for system, and see if you find anything that might be related or relevant, typically a yellow triangle or red exclamation point.

yea theres alot of yellow and red. The latest error is 

"A fatal hardware error has occurred. A record describing the condition is contained in the data section of this event."

well I mean that im pretty sure im up to date on my bios and chipset drivers

When you got it, and when it was made, are two different things. Oftentimes mobos are made months ago and sit in a warehouse with old BIOS versions installed, this is why so many people have boot issues with supposedly new mobos and the latest CPUs, because the BIOS is out of date.

no I actually had to re download all  the drivers on the 25th so they should all be the latest
