You can do a mixture of Wi-Fi-powerline-ethernet

 

You can move the Wi-Fi access point with ethernet to a better place closer to your computers so you have better reception.

or

You can use powerline adapters to the extend that the electrical circuit allows and then use Wi-Fi.

or

You can use powerline adapters to the extend that the electrical circuit allows and then bridge over to the next electrical circuit with ethernet and use another set of powerline adapters

 

That would use only minimal amount of ethernet.
