I recently upgraded my CPU, Motherboard, RAM, and storage because my old rig was getting old. I kept my graphics card and PSU but now whenever I launch certain games, they just crash almost immediately, or up to 5 minutes of gameplay.

Specs of my old rig is as follows:
CPU: Intel i5-4460
Motherboard: Some crappy Gigabyte OEM board
RAM: 8GB DDR3-1600 (not sure what the brand was)
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 Mini ITX OC
PSU: Corsair VS550 550W

Specs for my new rig is as follows:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-A Gaming
RAM: G.Skill Sniper X 16GB DDR4-3600
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 Mini ITX OC
PSU: Corsair VS550 550W

Neither the CPU nor GPU are overclocked. Underclocking the GPU didn't solve the problem so I'm not sure if it's a PSU issue. I've tried reseating and unplugging/replugging the 6-pin PCIe power, still not fixed. GPU fan curve is the same for the old and new systems, and temperature ranges didn't seem alarming, never reaching past 60 C under load, and around 30 C on idle. GPU drivers are up to date, version 461.09 as of 1/9/21. Reinstalls of Windows 10 were done via settings within Windows itself as well as through Windows media creator, still having the same issue.

Here's a list of games I've tested.

Games that work fine:
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout
Devil May Cry 5
Dirt Rally 2.0
Synthetik: Legion Rising
Hades

Games that don't work:
BeamNG.Drive (took around 5-10 minutes to crash, crash report said GPU stopped responding. Tracking down the error code didn't lead me to anything.)
Warframe (crashed about 1-2 minutes upon loading a mission, then linked to the hardware failure page but couldn't figure out which hardware was causing the issue.)
F1 2020 (crashed in the menu in DX12, crashed within 5 minutes into a race in DX11)
Yakuza: Like a Dragon (crashed within 4-5 minutes of gameplay.)
Need for Speed: Heat (crashed immediately as soon as I enter the garage and caused the screen to go black and the monitor to not detect any input from the graphics card.)
Apex Legends (crashed on character select screen and firing range, engine error 0x887a0006)

Furthermore, for all these games, the framerate was fine prior to crashing. No dips or stutters, just immediately crashes. Internet browsing and YouTube playback isn't affected, if that's helpful.

the graphics card is probably hanging up because it isn't in the prebuilt alltho I wouldn't think that's the case at all...

Did you try reinstalling drivers as well using DDU and everything?

Make sure to quote me if you want me to respond
Thanks :)

The graphics card is a different one than what came with the prebuilt, I upgraded it ages ago.

And yeah, DDU/reinstalling was the first thing I did, as well as rolling back on the driver versions,

ok i found another.

If you have MSI Afterburner, which pretty sure you do, can you increase the power limit and temperature limit and see if that solves anything? Also for some of the games, if you are testing, make sure you their built in benchmark if available...
