Hi guys,

I bought a used MSI 2060 GAMING Z 6G card, and i noticed that the card has lower performance as it should be.I watched many benchmarks on youtube for games and tested with furmark and userbenchmark. My processor is an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with an AB350M Pro4 motherboard, rams are 2x 8gb HyperX Predator 3000 MHZ, CL 15. My PSU is a Corsais CX650M, bought it recently. What i tried: new windows, rams clocks from 2400 to 3000 MHZ, from the GPU drivers  i tested more than 15, i went back to march 2019 when the RTX 20 series just came out, the numbers were the same. I tried it with another PC, it has a Ryzen 5 3600 with X370 motherboard, rams were from my PC, the PSU was a 850W Corsair. The numbers were the same, this second PC has a GTX 1070 card and overperformed my RTX 2060. I tried another PC with intel core i6700 cpu, 16gb of ddr4 2144 mhz rams, the performance was a little bit better but nothing reasonable performance gain. I know that Ryzen CPU-s loves more than 3000+ MHZ rams but i think its not the reason for 10-15 % performance loss. Thanks for your answers :)

did you check for any abnormal power draw or abnormal temperatures or something that could hold down the card?

Temperatures are max 71 C, yesterday i bought a B550 motherboard, because with AB350M the card used only 145 W, with the new motherboard now is 165W but in performance nothing changed. When i used furmark the cards voltage was only between 800 to 850 mV, in gaming is cca. 1000mV. Yesterday noticed that when im trying the games in borderless windowed mode than the performance is okay, but in full screen mode is low, btw the Vsync was off in full screen mode.

Here is a link to my user benchmark results: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/38204915

seems like it rubs normally, weird behavior.....

But again have you run any monitoring and noticed something's not right?

Yes, i used msi afterburner ingames and gpu-z when tested with furmark. I noticed that the core clock is not constant(its not the maximum always), another notice when i tried a little overclock with msi afterburner, the cards performance was worse than without overclock.

did you drag the power limit and temperature limit to the max?

Tbh that leads me to thinking that you probably have a defective card but I would try and search deeper to see if I can find an issue, alltho again that leads me to think that you have a defective rtx 2060

I dont understand your answer correctly, sorry for my english. Do you think i made a mistake with the power limit and temperature limit to drag maximum? The card is a 1year and 5 month old troublemaker, it has 3 years warranty, can i try to RMA the card?
