Issues with Windows 10 installation.

Hi All, 

 

First of all, sorry for my english, i'm french. 

 

I'm working on a PC, that a couple days ago, when the user went to bed, let his computer running and in the morning, when he came to hop on his computer, the keyboard et mice where frezzed. So, He old the Power on button and rebooted his PC. 

 

From then, he never was able to get to his OS. He's having a BSOD with error acpi_bios_error. 

 

When I tried to install a fresh install of windows 10 64x I have the same issue. 

 

I tried out of the blue to install a Windows 10 86x and to my suprise it's working... But from there, i'm out of idea! 

 

This are the following test we made:

Got some new RAM and still having the issue. 

Tested the RAM from that PC on another one, the RAM works fine. 

Got a new MOBO, still the same issue. 

Tried installing Windows 64x, didn't work, same acpi_bios_error.

Tried installing Windows 86x, it did work! 

Made the BIOS update, still having the issue. 

 

I'm not sure where to start with all this. 

 

If someone have an idea, please help me :P
