Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am want a new PC

I have some cheap upgrades on My pc guide but keep in mind most the stuff is used. If you want something completely new you'd have to double your budget
