I'm having issues with exporting videos in Premiere 2020 and I'm believing it to be a GPU issue.  My system is 10980XE, 64 GB ram, GTX 1080.  I had similar issues on my older system with the same GPU, 4770k, 16 GB ram.

This is with CUDA enabled in the Mercury Playback Engine and hardware encoding.  GPU loaded 80%+, CPU about 10%.  Entire encode was corrupted like this.

This is with CUDA enabled in the Mercury Playback Engine and software encoding.  CPU was loaded more but GPU was sitting around 40%.  Not all frames or clips looked like this but it was sporadic throughout.

I also have issues with online video playback after exporting video.  Example was Facebook video.  I'll try to grab a screenshot if that helps.

Any ideas of what's going on?  The GPU plays games fine, as far as I can tell.  I was thinking about throwing my old GTX 285 in to see if that works at all.
