So I just got a new g102 mouse(wired), and this mouse is really laggy when I use it on my PC just like a wireless mouse problem. it works fine on other desktop tho, only my PC had this problem with the g102. But my PC works fine with the other mouse.

Any suggestion how to fix it? I've tried all things, such as changing polling rate, mouse setting, unplugging HDMI, reinstalling windows.

Seems like this mouse doesn't like my PC at all.

Thanks, and sorry for my bad English.

Are you sure the mouse in connected in a USB 3.0 port? Under Resource Manager, go to the CPU tab and click on processes and select it so the greatest amount is at the top, with each succeeding process getting smaller down the list. When you have the game open (should be like GameName.exe), are there any processes that have more CPU processes above the game? If so, kill them and see if the stuttering goes away.

It may help to install the logitech software if you have not already

I've installed it, I thought the problem was the polling rate, but lowering it doesn't change anything

yeah, I've tried to connect it into all my ports, including the 3.0 one, still stutters. And the lags are happened right after I started my PC when there are no programs opened, so I don't think the CPU process is the one which causing it, since my last mouse works fine with all the process.but i'll try it

thank you for your answer
