so whenever im in microsoft teams and i turn on my microphone, they dont hear me. what could be the problem? I already tested the microphone itself, its fine. 

Specifications: 

MOBO: AsRock B450 PRO4

PSU: some kind of Corsair 80+ bronze

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600x

GPU Radeon RX590

RAM 16 GB G.skill Ripjaws 3200mhz

Fans: Xilince and Aerocool

Check audio settings and select the microphone instead of system default

yes i have been in the settings, its set to  my headphones mic (the one I use)

Try shut down teams. Go to windows and go to sound control paneland check if speakers and microphone (on headset) is set to default

Restart pc and enter teams again

check the teams settings if the microphone/headset is selected to "standard" if you can manually select the specific microphone

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.
