Resolution problem phillips vline 273v

hi, I just pruchased a new monitor phillips vline 273v for my pc, it says it can run upto 75hz @ 1920x1080 on specs, but when i click the option for 75hz @ 1920x1080 it goes blank and tells me to go back to original resolution, im using a dp cable,tried custom resolutions and nothing is working??

Try 74Hz and see if it does it again.

Thanks, i did try that, the max rate it lets me go to is 67hz
