I need help with my FPS. I recently replaced my MoBo and CPU, and I'm getting around 30-50 FPS with my GPU overclocked and the everything down to the lowest setting.

My previous setup ran an i5-7600k CPU with a MSI Z270 Pro Carbon Gaming with the same RAM and GPU with everything cranked to max in the settings and I still got around 100-115 FPS.

SO what I'm asking is, why is my FPS so low with my current more capable setup than my previous one?

Current rig:

MoBo: Asus ROG Strix Z490-E Gaming

CPU: i9-10850k

GPU: MSI RTX 2080 Gaming x Trio

RAM: 16GB @ 3200Mhz

You shouldn't do that, especially with a 2080. Lower settings on higher end GPUs will make the game rely on the CPU more afaik. Crank it to the Max or High at least and see how that preforms.

I tried it at max as well and still nothing better than 40 FPS

Mostly all games are running really rough or low fps. The CPU utilization is around 60-70% and the GPU is at 0-1%

Game seems to be running on Integrated graphics I guess? Have you tried reinstallin the grpahics driver?
