Hi i have a dream for animating most importantly 3d animation. But i don't no the hardware i need and software to create good 3d animation. Can anyone help me to choose a right hardware and software?

Pls Mark a solution as a solution, would be really helpful.

BTW pls correct me, iam really stoobid at times.

hi i'm from indonesia. you can actually get a cheap hardware from our country. but because of the corona pandemic you can't go here without those test thingy. anyway, here an 10th gen intel can range from 500-600 ringgit malaysia

but the best online retailer techhypermart.com have expensive intel 10gen and cheap AMD Ryzen 3rd gen. AMD Ryzen 5 3600x cost 1199 ringget and a core i5 10600K cost 1529 ringget. So i choose AMD on cpu and nvidia
