after changing the psu. I noticed something my previous psu has 4pin cpu connector. new one has 8 pin. so first I connect the 8 pin then. everything works good but there was a weird issue I faced, after watching YouTube videos for sometimes my pc start lagging for couple of seconds. then again run smoothly. after 3-4 days I unplug the 8pin and using 4 pin. now it's just working fine...but I'm still not getting it. how 8pin connector can be bad then 4pin. my mob is b450m mb450m mortar max, cpu ryzen 5 3400g and psu is 300wat

don't know the actual name but it's rebrand as walton psu

You might want to get another PSU - it's not on the PSU tier list and could kill your system.
How much did you pay for it?

If i can suggest looking trough the PSU tier list, going for Tier C or better would be my recommendation.
Altho it will be considerably more then $23, But how much is you PC's safety worth to you. ;)

300Watts would be enough, if you plan on putting in a gaming grade graphics card later go for something closer to 500/600Watts.

A Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 550W.

Allows you to have future upgradeability (for a low power draw graphics card), plus it's fully modular so you don't need Molex cables flopping around in your case.
