Pc won't Boot after Xmp

Am having Ryzen 7 3700x paired with ASROCK B450 STEEL LEGEND running on TEAM FORCE NIGHTHAWK RGB RAM  Product Code : TF1D416G3600HC18EDC01

Graphic Card : AORUS EXTREME GTX 1080TI 11G

 

So when I started using my pc my Ram was running at 2400 mzh (Stock) so then I enabled XMP and tuned my Ram at 3600 mzh..After boot my pc was successfully running at 3600mzh then whenever I rebooted it automatically switched to 2400 Mzh....Few days later I tried to enable XMP and rebooted my pc..But this time my pc didn't boot fans were spinning at high RPM no power on GPU...I saw there was a white LED flashing above my gpu's power cable....And there is no video output

In this case the best thing to do is to just clear CMOS which just resets your BIOS settings back to normal.

try for now 3200MHz and tell us if this works
