Need help finding a graphics card.

Hey, i need help finding a single-slot AMD graphics card for use as a host card as the only slot that is in a different IOMMU group is the bottom 16x(4x) slot with no clearance below. I'm considering a WX series card as they are "fairly" recent.

What function will the card provide, and why AMD (in other words, is there a specific need for the AMD card, or is it just a preference?)
