No gpu output

I’ve been working on getting an output from my gpu for hours. 

specs:

cpu: fx 8350, gpu: rx 560 2gb motherboard: 970M pro3 ram: 16gb

 

ive gone as far to reset cmos by battery method and capping, tried a quadro 4000, used different cables hdmi/dvi/displayport, etc 

im not sure what to do at all, so i would appreciate any help i could get. thanks
