This system has been Ubuntu and been my Plex and File Server for a year now. Headless)
Now I can't get a video signal and my Q-LED only gets
Memory Code: 00 Detect memory and stops there which tells me it doesn't even cycle through test.
If I press the reset button on the MB I can get CPU Code: 00

What I have done:
Clear CMOS
Pull battery
pulled Memory switch memory (Same sticks different slots)
Unplugged reset 24 pin
PSU fan test works. 
Unplugged the hard drives. 

Tomorrow I will reset the CPU. But I don't think it will do anything. 

I read on another post this is a power issue. 

(All this started after I had to flash my router bios HP 6300 SFF Pfsense and lost my IP to do a HARD RESET on my server.)
