can fallout 4 utilize more than 4 cores if so how many, and how much ram at max can fallout 4 use. also how much vram is good for max graphical settings at 60hz 2160p on fallout 4 without mods.

Fallout 4 was only designed with 4 cores in mind, and I don't think a lot of games takes advantage of more cores currently, 6 is fine if you want to have discord and such open as well. Don't worry about VRAM really, since I believe Fallout 4 at 4K only uses like 6GB, so probably 8 Max, hell most games at 4K will only "use" around 10GB.
