Potential PSU problem

I recently installed my new psu which is a cooler master mwe 700w. When my computer is completely off and psu switched off my pc lights up for a split second and gos off again. This happens randomly when my pc and psu switch is off. It’s almost a blink of light. (Motherboard light s turn on and also anything plugged into a usb that has lights etc) This never happened with my old psu. Is this a concern and if so what should I do?
