Corrupted MBR

Hi I can't access Windows says my bootfiles is corrupted and the OS see no data on the harddrive, on hardware diagnosis the HDD is fine.

I tried booting windows with USB to copy user profile using code prompt  doesn't work. 

 

the only thing I can access is Recovery tool or BIOS

Please advice.
