OpenShot issue

Hi, i am an beginner editor, and i was looking for alternative editing software other than adobe. and then i found openshot, now i have use openshot for couple of months. i just wanna know, is there is a way to change the resolution of the result video ? and also i have trouble with low quality export, it didn't play any video, but on high quality it plays
