Now my IEMs have given up the ghost I'm looking for some headphones around £40.

I have no idea what to look for so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I would be using them for:

Gaming

Music

Films

General computer usage

Superlux' offerings are among the best around that budget, you could get the HD681 EVO.

 

If you can bump up your budget by about 10, you can get the Philips Uptown, I quite like my pair.

The Phillips would be £16 more, are they worth the increase over the superlux?
