Help with ML360R

Bought this AIO cooler. Came in the mail and I'm pre-wiring in preparation of my build tomorrow. Does anyone have a clue as to how you are supposed to utilize the USB-2 > USB Male Head > Female > RGB USB Header Female? 

I'm using the Z490-A ASUS PRIME motherboard. I'm not sure if this will be compatible or not though.
