ASUS ROG Swift PG43UQ DSC Gaming Monitor 43-inch 4K  Intel i9-10900KF CPU 3.70GHz   5.20 GHz  msi carbon z490 MSI RTX 3080 HyperX Predator HX440C19PB3/8 Memory 4000 MHz DDR4 CL19 DIMM XMP 16 GB

So I play cod mw and cold war mostly for the first 2-3 months games prof romance brilliant but now last few weeks getting fps drops even on low settings just say 100fps might drop to 30 etc overclocking is on auto . I had clod war on ultra getting 80+ fps running good but now fps drops etc. i also notice GPU clock goes to 2000mhz + that's too high i use afterburner to bring down to 1700mhz.  any idea why this happend?
