I have a Cooler Master MasterCase H500M but my motherboard dose not support all the I/O cables coming from the case. I'm new to PCs and don't know if there is such a thing to combine all the usb 3 and c cables so that they all work from one connection for my motherboard. The motherboard is and Asus tuf x570 thanks.

You can buy extension cables to connect the front panel cable on the back of your motherboard, on the IO shield

An adapter like this converts the USB Type C front panel connector to regular usb header : https://www.ebay.com/itm/For-Motherboad-USB-3-1-Type-C-Front-Panel-to-USB-3-0-19Pin-Header-Adapter-Module/254707348199

Your usb type c will be maximum 5 gbps instead of 10 gbps but it will work.

An adapter cable like this can be routed through the top of the case somewhere to come out the back where you can insert it in the usb 3.0 type a connectors: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dual-Port-USB-3-0-A-type-male-to-Motherboard-20pin-10pin-Header-Female-Cable/132872478034

A prettier option would be to buy a sata controller card with the proper internal headers... not aware of a card from a brand with reputation, but here's some examples of cards I'm referring to - they're no name brands, probably would work fine, but can't personally vouch for them :

There's no way to combine them all. A single USB3 header can run two USB3 ports. A single USB-C header can run one USB-C port. You may run across supposed "USB3 splitter cables," don't bother, they don't work (at least they certainly won't if you try to actually use all of the USB ports at once).

You could go with the pass-through cable route that mariushm mentions above, but few modern cases have the pass-through grommets on their backs that made this easy to do.

One option would be to buy adapters that would allow, for example, a USB-C front panel port to be connected to a USB3 header on the board, and USB3 ports to USB2 headers. The downside of this of course is that all of the ports will run at lower speeds than they're supposed to.

The other option would be to get PCIe cards like this one for USB3 or this one for USB-C.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
