Razer Core X + 5700XT

Hi.

I have notebook Dell Precision 7720 with I7-6820HQ CPU. 

Also Quadro P3000 GPU. I decided to purchase Egpu and put some more powerfull graphics card in. 

I bought it in summer and was running Folding@home on it most of a time as a part of LTT team . 

Now some free time came and i started playing games like RDR 2, GTA5 and mafia Definitive edition.

I noticed lof of stutters and performance is not what it should be i think. 

I tried downloading 3D Mark and run PCIe Throughput test and this is the result :

Isnt it too slow ? It is about 20Gbit which is about half of what should TB3 be capable of. 

Also i am running external monitor to not limit my connection with that. 

At thoose games it runs around 25-30 FPS 4K  no matter what level of detail (Difference between ultra and low is maybe 5-10FPS) In shadow of tomb raider even less but that was probably cpu problem (99% all the time)
