Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming mostly warzone 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I have right now rtx 2070 and ryzen 5 2600

and i want to upgrade my cpu 

which one should i upgrade to ryzen 5 3600? or ryzen 5 5600x? 

im not planing to upgrade my gpu soon

The 5600x is far better than the 3600.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

the 5600x is in shortage kinda and is overkill, but further upgrades to gpu support getting a 5600x

I mean OP did not give a budget, a resolution and the rest of the system specs. So technically the 5600x is the best upgrade out of the 2 options. :)

unless hes ike, oh no i live in moskau so russia doesnnt allow non vodka imports
