i9-9900k Overclock

Just looking for thoughts.

I have an i9-9900k on an Asus Prime Z390-A board. Currently running 4.8Ghz seemingly perfectly stable at 1.32V, 0 AVX. Can't seem to get anything stable above 4.8 while keeping voltage below 1.4V even with an AVX of 2-3. Anything above 1.32 runs super hot (90s) on an H100i RGB Platinum 240.

Do these temps seem abnormally high for the setup?

Did I absolutely lose the lottery on this chip? Seeing 5 Ghz at 1.26 V seems insane at the moment.
