Going with the RM650x wouldn't hurt seeing as you probably spend quite a bit on everything else, and you'd get future expansion for more power hungry components.

plug all of that stuff into a pc wattage calculator and id get about 100 watts more than what it says. More wattage psus are not always best i notice my PC performed about 10% better when I used a 550w bronze psu vs a 700w 80+. my power draw is about 330w according to the calculator

OUTDATED JAN 2021 ===========> Check out my pc building guide! might be useful tho

It's great for planning new builds, getting a reference on where to start, or seeing what you need to play what games.

It also shows what I recommend for upgrading your stuff!

cpu - ryzen 5 3600

gpu - gtx 1070

ram - (2x8) 3200mhz

ssd - 970 evo plus 500gb

ssd2 - 860 qvo 1tb

mobo - asrock b450m hdv r4.0

psu - evga b5 550w bronze

The 650W one so you can get more headroom for upgradibility.

But if I'm not planning to upgrade my PC for next few years, then 550W would be enough, right? 650W one is already pretty expensive for me and 550W is on a little sale.

Then at least for now, the 550W would be a better buy.
