So i've had a razer blackwidow elite for some time now and I had encountered an issue where in games keys would like i guess spam? (in valorant if i strafe left and right sometimes one of the direction wouldnt work or i would keep moving in one direction even when a key is no longer being pressed) Its very hard to recreate so the razer support wasn't too much help with it. I got this keyboard back in June for my birthday and i contacted razer support after a few weeks of getting it as this issue didnt start happening for a little while after owning it. So they couldn't really figure out what was going on. We reinstalled drivers, used it without the razer synapse, i reinstalled razer synapse to force it to install drivers again, pretty much tried most of the software stuff we could. So it got sent in for RMA and everything was pretty much good until this week! It started happening again and i have no idea why :( it doesnt seem to be a hardware issue but i guess I can't be too sure. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue? its very frustrating in game...

have you ever spilled on your keyboard or is anything physically stuck under one of those keys? maybe you could try popping a couple keys off and checking if it happens to certain ones. Another question, is your keyboard wired on wireless?

You've got a demon keyboard on your hands. Did Razer offer to replace it at all? I would hate for it to have to come to that but maybe you just have a faulty keyboard? You've already done everything that I would think to try. I do wish you luck on your keyboard adventure!
