I have an Asrock B450 Pro4 paired with a Ryzen 3 2400x and an RX 570 4gb. When I try getting into the BIOS either by spamming F2 or from Windows it goes to a black screen. I can only boot into Windows and that's it. My memory speed defaulted to 1200 even though the base is 2400. Any help?

Have you tried clearing CMOS? Pulling the battery, shorting the jumpers, or pushing a "Clear CMOS" button on your motherboard will do so.

I have. I just tried my TV as I read somewhere online that some monitors might not support BIOS resolutions and it got in. Kind of inconvenient if you ask me.

Strange, usually the BIOS resolution will blow up to fit the native resolution of the monitor you are plugging into, so all the icons will look enlarged.
