The i3 9100f is a good cpu for gtx 1070. I would probably wait until you can get a new motherboard and then get a new cpu as the options are limited due to your motherboard not allowing overclocking.

I have seen it is quite bottlenecking with the GTX 1070, where the CPU goes 100% on all cores and GPU is not loaded as much as it should be

Would RAM also make me benefit performance wise? as you know it has dual 8gb slots

If you're running single channel ram, a second ram dimm will help a lot.

As for a CPU upgrade, your country is also a relevant factor, so we can recommend based on what is available to you. Also, what H310 motherboard?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

The VRM looks like it would struggle to power an i7 CPU, if you don't get one for a really cheap price then I recommend an i5

I don't know any Georgian vendors, but turkish pcpartpicker shows some decent value for an i5-9500 or 9600, I hope prices would be similarly favorable for you

That's what I was wondering which i5 or i7 to go with.

Can you suggest and I can look it up in Georgian Markets and see their availability

Well, an i7-8700 would be a great start, if it's cheaper than an i7-9700 where you can buy it.

I recommend avoiding the 8400 or 9400, because the clock speeds are pretty low
