Looks like the drive is MBR (max 2TB partitions) and will need to be changed to GPT to use all at once. BACK UP YOUR DATA BEFORE ATTEMPTING.

 

EDIT: You're using Win7, which doesn't have the same conversion process as Win10. You may have to wipe the drive and reinstall (but I would suggest getting an SSD to boot from at that point; booting from HDDs is a painful experience).
